The best of old and new media worlds

I’ve been writing and producing newsletters for nearly 30 years. I know what I’m doing. In the past year or so, I’ve built my expertise by adding electronic newsletters to my portfolio. I’ve researched the differences in traditional and new media B2B newsletters and come up with solutions for clients that offer the best of both words.

Now, I’m exploring blogs, to see how their interactive features and the ease of the software can help. I’m also hoping this blog will connect me with other people who are doing similar work.

On my web site, www.stickycommunication.ca, you can see our approach. With so many media to choose from, the challenge is to select the medium or mix of media that makes clients’ message stick to the target audience. Hence, the name Sticky Communication, inspired by Malcolm Gladwell’s stickiness factor in The Tipping Point.
